ことばのせいりふ

こんにちわ!
i was diagnosed with young hypertension about a year ago. i took up medications. but was an idiot. stopped using the medication and here i am, a year later, lectured by the doctors i met. all of them asked the same thing, "why did you stop taking those medicines" and i simply answered "i don't know". maybe i stopped because i thought that taking medications are too troublesome at that time. i'm not sure myself. but seriously, i regret what i did. this is my life i'm talking about. and now i swear not to let myself take this thing so lightly. for you who're reading this, take my stupidity as a lesson. if you or your relatives or friends are experiencing what i went through, just bear with it. you're extending your life span after all. i on the other hand, is just an idiot who recently noticed he made a grave mistake and swore not to repeat those mistakes. =)

cheers, 乾杯!
